产后腹肌分离怎么康复?

产后腹肌分离根据病情的严重程度需要给予对症处理;轻度的患者可以通过产后康复锻炼促进恢复,锻炼时需要平躺,缓慢的抬高头部并且进行呼气,然后使用手指将腹部两侧肌肉聚拢。如果产妇腹直肌分离的宽度超过3指,自行恢复的几率较小,超过1-2年不能自行恢复的患者可以通过手术治疗的方式,将分离的腹直肌恢复正常的位置。临床常用的手术有腹腔镜手术、开放手术。
